Issuance of "Digital Certificate of Arrival to the Region Neighboring the Northern Territories”
In order to promote understanding of the Northern Territories issue, Nemuro Subprefectural Bureau of Hokkaido Government is issuing a "Digital Certificate of Arrival" to those visiting the Nemuro area. Please scan the 2D code with your smartphone at each designated spot. Please see the map below for locations where you can get it.
The campaign will be conducted from June 2026 to March 2027.
